Everyone is invited to attend. Pastors, Church Leaders, Parents, and Commanders. Our special guest will be Dr. Nino Gonzalez (SESD Superintendant) and Rev. Dwight Miranda (Church Planter).
We will be giving the LEAD Seminar. It represents the launch of an exciting new, and comprehensive training track for organizational leaders.
This seminar will equip you to...
> Influence people - to LEAD with Love, Encouragement, Accomplishments, and Development. You will discover that leadership is not something you do to people, but something you do with people.
>Assess your own LEAD abilities and those of others. When your own leadership competencies and those around you grow, your ministry grows.
>Set LEAD goals.
We will also be giving Royal Ranger Program Updates from the National Council. This is a requirement for all Outpost Commanders. After the seminar there will be a Missionary Banquet and LTA Graduation.
On Friday Night there will be ICS recertification. If anyone wants to recertify please contact Carlos Cobos at ccobos27@hotmail.com
